Sacred Country Consulting empowers individuals, families, businesses, and communities to turn ideas into sustainable, financially viable, and purpose driven ventures.

Guided by an essentialist approach, we focus on what truly matters to create long term impact rooted in Country, culture, community strength, and practical business knowledge.

Founded by Gemma Lloyd, Sacred Country Consulting was built on more than a decade of experience across entrepreneurship, government, community organisations, NGOs, business ecosystems, and First Nations enterprise development.

Today, Sacred Country Consulting exists to help individuals, communities, organisations, and governments design and deliver initiatives that create sustainable opportunities, strengthen economic participation, and generate positive social, cultural, environmental, and economic outcomes.

Since launching, we have delivered business accelerators and capability building programs, supported communities nationally and internationally, and partnered with government, NGOs, universities, and corporate organisations to co design culturally grounded and outcomes focused initiatives.

Our key service areas include program design, business coaching, speaking and facilitation, and sustainable business tools. Through this work, we help entrepreneurs, communities, and organisations navigate complexity, identify opportunities, and create meaningful pathways for growth and impact.

At Sacred Country Consulting, we walk alongside communities and organisations to transform ideas into purposeful, resilient, and sustainable futures.
